Providers who have completed specialized training through ORPARC and offer services that children, youth, adults, or families can access directly may be eligible for listing. The directory prioritizes community-facing providers whose services do not require additional referral through a restricted eligibility pathway.
Providers who primarily offer services through agency contracts, designated programs, or limited referral systems may contact the Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center to learn about other opportunities and eligibility for listing and training.
